Steve to leave We Were Astronauts

Drummer Steve Paddock have announced his decision to leave We Were Astronauts at the end of 2015.

Statement from the band:
[It is with great sadness that we announce Steve Paddock’s departure from We Were Astronauts at the end of 2015. It was Steve’s decision for personal reasons unrelated to the band and things remain amicable between all members.
Steve has played a vital role in the creation of We Were Astronauts lending his many talents to the development of not only the songs through his diverse taste and styles in music, but also to the business side of the music industry.
This, however, is not the end of the road for WWA. We plan to have an outstanding year with so many new opportunities in the works! We hope that you all continue to share in our love of writing and performing our music. Please join us in making Steve’s last year with the band full of great memories!!!!]

Statement from Steve:
[Hey everyone! Some of you may already know that I will be stepping down as the drummer for We Were Astronauts at the end of 2015. I just wanted to say a few things. Playing with Antonio Casasanta, Tim Corrigan and Chris Rando the past 4 years have been the best times of my life. I’ll never forget the great things we’ve done and amazing people we met along the way! I thank everyone that was a part of my time with WWA and even tho I will not be on stage, I will be there helping/ supporting WWA’s every move! I have no doubt that their drive and vision will continue onward and upward! Cheers to the future!]
